Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and fully sealed in its original box and packaging. The original seal must not be broken or tampered with. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, when applicable, along with instructions explaining how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used
  • Personal care and beauty products with a broken or removed seal
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Sale items may only be returned when required by applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the eligible item you currently have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Returned products must remain unopened and sealed in their original box to qualify for an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer law.

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed beauty and personal care products may lose their eligibility for cancellation once the seal has been broken after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
